Along with possession of marijuana, you can be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia if you are found with anything used to manufacture, cultivate, or smoke weed. This can include:

- Rolling papers/blunt wraps

- Roach clips
- Growing kits
- Any object that contains marijuana residue
