How do you know when a judge or prosecutor is being unreasonable in Oklahoma?

Answer:  It is actually quite true in that it’s kind of like Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse—“You’ve got to be nice until it’s time not to be nice.” And then the other bouncers ask him, “How do you know when it’s time not to be nice?” That’s not anybody’s job to know that except mine. Because through my experience, I have to know when we’re at that wall, when we’re at that point that, ok, the DA or the prosecutor or the judge is being unreasonable, now it’s time to come down and show them that this is the law, we do know what we’re doing and that if they don’t want to follow the law, we’ll do what needs to be done. Because my number one priority is to represent the interests of my client to the best of my ability.
